This group is best for teens who want to enhance their social skills, while learning how to Improvise like an "expert!"

Social Dynamix is a totally unique, interactive style of learning that combines improvisation, psychodrama, and social pragmatics to help individuals gain confidence and learn strategies to help you manage your anxiety.

At Social Dynamix individuals gain the tools needed to confidently and spontaneously interact and effectively communicate with others in familial, social, and more formal situations.

Social Dynamix is designed for those who:

•  Experience anxiety in social, academic, and professional settings

•  Have been diagnosed with high-functioning Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

•  Have difficulties related to Non-Verbal Learning Disabilities (NVLD)

•  Have difficulty communicating their feelings to others

If being in a group is not for you, Carol offers one-on-one, Action Based work for teens, college students, and adults.
